Peggy's new blend of the day was from a local cop turned roaster who has a shop named Piggies. It's called Hot Pursuit, and it's a medium roast single origin from Guatamala. It did indeed taste citrusy, maybe from the acidity. It wasn't bitter. The redhead bearded barista/owner said he uses a French press with a coarse grind. I drank it black, and then added a little sugar. It was so good!
