i want 100,000 subscribes in youtube,but that's not something I can influence.But I can upload a certain number of videos, that's what depends on me.It is more logical to think about everything from this point of view.
in the near future:
- post 10 videos for youtube
- record a dream every morning
- do 30 pull ups in one sets(my record 26)
in the future:
- make my body the same as Kratos from the game God of War 2018.
- write a dilogy of books
- be able to enter lucid dreams
- there are a lot of strength goals that I don't see the point in writing, these goals are achievable only in the gym, but I can't go there yet.The nearest couple of years I think

Write an entry in a personal diary or journal.

I won't train for two weeks.Because I've read Mentzer's book, and I'm testing the theory in practice.so I've been training every day for a year, sometimes once a month I rest for 2 days.But this is essentially too little to give the muscles growth and recovery.Therefore, two weeks is like a reboot for my body.In general, nothing bad will happen, I will not lose my muscles, it takes about a month for their atrophy to collapse.So it's worth a try.

I also did 17 kg, then rested and did 3 sets of pull-ups from 21 kg 5-8 times, then 17.13 and my weight in one approach
