Plan your meals for the next week.

I actually always plan our meals on sunday so we can buy all foodstuff at once (at least we try buy all :D). And this time menu for the next week looks something like this:
- fried rice with tofu and vegetables
- rice noodles and shrimp with pesto
- oven-baked salmon with kvinoa salad

We usually eat the same food for two days.
