I wanted to try yoga, because I've been living within my mind for too long and feel the need to reconnect with the physical plane. I have come to the conclusion that my body is weak. I did not last 10 minutes. However, it is more than I was doing before, which was nothing. I'll try to keep going at it this weekend, maybe progress to 15 minutes
